Can my child/children participate in Breathwork?

Active Circular Connected Breathwork is a powerful practice that works deeply with the body, mind, and nervous system. Because of its intensity, it is not recommended for children or anyone under the age of 18.

For preteens and young adults, I offer gentler, age-appropriate styles of Breathwork that nurture focus, calm, and emotional resilience. These practices are designed to meet them where they are, helping to ease stress, support self-awareness, and provide healthy tools for navigating the unique challenges of growing up.
