My name is Christa, and I am a Certified Breathwork Facilitator. I first discovered Breathwork during a time of uncertainty, when life felt heavy and disconnected. What surprised me was how something as simple and natural as the breath could create such profound shifts. This personal awakening was an inspiration to share my passion for this practice, not just for my own growth, but to guide others in unlocking the same healing potential within themselves.

Breathwork is much more than a technique, it’s a bridge between body and spirit, science and soul. For you, it can ease your stress, quiet your mind, and soften the weight of emotions that feel overwhelming. The breath has the power to dissolve unhealthy patterns, open pathways to creativity, and restore balance to your body and mind.

I know firsthand what it’s like to juggle the demands of a career and family, along with the desire to live with purpose and joy. That’s why I am passionate about helping you use your breath as a tool for grounding in the midst of chaos, finding clarity when life feels uncertain, and reconnecting with a sense of inner peace that is always available.

My role is to hold a safe, compassionate space where you can explore at your own pace. Whether you are seeking rest, release, healing, or deeper self-awareness, Breathwork meets you exactly where you are and gently guides you to where you want to be.

Breathwork 101

  • A 30 minute Breathwork consultation is a simple meet-and-greet where Christa will take time to connect, discuss your intentions, and explore what draws you to the practice. We’ll walk through what to expect in a session, answer any questions you may have, and create a supportive foundation tailored to your needs.

  • Ease into stillness and explore the healing power of your breath in this gentle, meditative class. Blending conscious breathing with mindfulness, you’ll release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your body in a safe, supportive space. Perfect for beginners or anyone seeking a softer, more introspective practice. No experience needed, just an open heart and your breath.

  • Conscious connected Breathwork is an active circular breathing practice that moves energy, releases blockages, and opens space for healing and insight. Guided by music and intention, this inward journey helps you access deeper layers of body and mind, inviting release, renewal, and connection with your inner wisdom.
